Help Steps is an application to promote health and charity. The application encourages users to help others while taking steps. You first need to convert your steps to HS in the application. HS is the currency of the app. The convert button on the main screen converts your steps to HS Step. After watching the short video to the end, the steps are converted. You do not need to wait until the end of the day to convert your steps; you can increase the HS values ​​in the application by converting your steps more than once during the day. You can support any NGO, beneficiary or team by clicking on one of the Campaigns and Sports Clubs fields in Help Steps. For this, it is sufficient to press the “Send Steps” button and enter the number you want to send as support and press the “Send steps” button again.

Help Steps application is entirely free software.

The Help Steps application cannot access personal data without the user’s approval and permission from the screen in the application. Only the information at the registration stage (needed to prove that the user is an actual user) remains registered in the system. Help Steps does not use location information and cannot access this information. The prepared standard contract sample was compiled from the user contracts of dozens of applications installed on our phones and prepared by our legal department. These agreements are mandatory under KVKK for the application to remain legally live.

You need to integrate Help Steps and Google Fit with the same user ID on Android devices. On iOS devices, it will be enough to allow Help Steps in the “Health” application on your phone.

Ek olarak, bireysel yararlanıcı kampanyalarımız tamamlandığında ise, yararlanıcımızın ihtiyacı olan cihaz (tekerlekli sandalye, engelli puseti, akülü araba vs.) kendisine teslim edilmektedir. If you turn on the application notifications, we send two fixed notifications at 09.00 pm and 11.00 pm. If you wish, you can become a Premium user, and even if you forget to enter the application, your steps will be automatically converted without watching ads. You can view and switch the Premium user details within the application.

In order to prevent abuse of the application, a maximum of 25000 steps can be converted per day in the application.

You have to watch the pop-up ad by pressing the convert button every 8000 steps. Thus, your remaining steps will also be transformed. In order to prevent abuse of the application, you can convert a maximum of 25000 steps per day.

Since many users send steps at the same time in the application, the system adds them to the application screen by queuing them. The reflection of the HS step transfers you have made to the percentage and total HS value may be delayed by 15 minutes. You can view your HS step supports from the submission history field on the profile screen.

By clicking on the collaboration screen, you can follow one of the groups in the system and move it to the top. When you transfer the HS name to an association or sports club you want within the application, it will be added to the HS field of the group you follow.

You can create an invitation code and send it to your friend by clicking the Send Invite button on the profile screen of the application. When your friend registers to the application with this code, a bonus of 50,000 HS will be defined in your wallet in the application. After the registration is created, the invitation code cannot be activated.

While registering, you need to write your invitation code in the invitation code section at the bottom of the registration screen. Your invite code cannot be activated after registration is created.

After selecting the friend you want in the friend list on the application’s profile page, you can do the HS transfer by pressing the “Send HS” button.

You must be an official Non-Governmental Organization to open a campaign in Help Steps. In the Application, a campaign can be launched by cooperating with an official non-governmental organization for a reasonable device (such as a power chair, walker, or stroller for the disabled…) with a specific price, apart from Non-Governmental Organizations.

To request the deletion of your personal data, you can use one of the following methods.

1. You can submit your deletion request through the Helpsteps app by following these steps:

2. You can prepare an email detailing your request and send it to support@helpsteps.app. When making a request via email, please include the necessary information to verify your identity and your contact details.

Your requests will be processed as soon as possible, and you will be informed once the process is complete.
