Yeryüzü Doktorları is an international non-governmental organization founded by volunteer health workers and focused on health in their projects. From Afghanistan to Syria, Somalia to Palestine, Uganda to Yemen, Yeryüzü Doktorları has carried out various projects in more than 50 countries so far.

Thanks to its more than 300 thousand donors and more than 25 thousand healthcare volunteers, it increases the number of countries where it reaches and the projects it implements day by day.

In addition to regions where access to health services is limited, Yeryüzü Doktorları also aims to reach countries immediately where there are crises such as natural disasters and wars. In the beginning, the aid efforts of volunteer medical teams organizing short-term health camps in order to carry out examinations, and surgeries and to provide medicine-equipment support have turned into humanitarian aid programs that provide long-term and permanent changes over time. Yeryüzü Doktorları continues to carry out projects and programs in needy countries in different fields such as curative and preventive health services, psychosocial support, physical capacity building and health education. Additionally, it has permanent centers serving health services in 8 different countries which are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Chad, Palestine, Somalia, Syria, Yemen and Türkiye.
