Help Steps users walked for Kayra, a cerebral palsy patient, and turned their steps into goodness. The campaign, launched to provide Kayra with a specialized wheelchair stroller, successfully reached its goal of 2.7 billion steps.

Unable to walk without support and requiring special equipment to participate in social life, Kayra found hope through the campaign supported by thousands of Help Steps users. Thanks to the collected steps, Kayra has now received the special stroller that will bring comfort and mobility to daily life.
