In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8, Mavi is launching a meaningful awareness campaign in collaboration with Help Steps. Titled “Step for Equality,” this special initiative marks a concrete move toward gender equality.

As part of the campaign, Mavi’s 6,000 employees pledge to take a total of 1 billion steps on Help Steps to support women facing inequality of opportunity. The collected steps will be donated to the Foundation for the Support of Women’s Work (KEDV), contributing to the empowerment of women.

Mavi isn’t stopping at just the steps donated by its employees — the company will double the impact by making an additional donation to KEDV. This way, every step creates even greater change.

This movement isn’t limited to employees alone; it aims to grow by including Mavi’s customers, business partners, and community.

Launched through the powerful partnership between Mavi and Help Steps, the “Step for Equality” movement invites everyone to take action for a more equal world starting March 8.
