Organized by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality Career Support and Training Center (KADEME), the Kademe Career Summit 2025 brought together young people with leading figures from various fields.

During the “Tohum (Seed)” session, Help Steps CEO & Co-Founder Gözde Venedik took the stage to share the story of how a digital social enterprise that “turns steps into goodness” was born. Venedik emphasized that every idea, like a seed, can grow when nurtured with the right values at the right time, inspiring young people to pursue their dreams with confidence.

Drawing from the founding story of Help Steps, Venedik explained how technology can be transformed into a tool for good and social impact, saying:

“Every step is a seed. We turn these steps into kindness, solidarity, and a sustainable future. Seeing young people make their ideas, energy, and dreams part of this transformation is our greatest motivation.”

The event aimed to inspire the professionals of the future and to cultivate new ideas within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
