Help Steps attracted attention with its charity activities in the first quarter of 2024. Many organizations, individuals and sports clubs working selflessly for the good of the society responded to various needs of the society by donating record amounts.
Civil Society Organizations: 400 Billion Steps of Aid
Important non-governmental organizations such as Ahbap, Children’s Education Association, ENCANDER, HEPAD, TEGV, MIKADER, SMA Foundation of Turkey, TEMA Foundation and City of Angels Association have provided over 400 billion steps in total. Operating in a wide range of fields from education to health, from environmental protection to social aid, these organizations create positive change by touching various segments of society.
Individual Donors: Keeping the Spirit of Charity Alive
Many users supported the community by taking important steps through the Help Steps platform. With the support of users, Veysel Yazar reached his goal of 5 billion steps and successfully completed it in February. In addition, a helping hand was extended to Yazar, who needed a wheelchair. New individual donor Kayra Baştarla made a great contribution to society by reaching over 1 billion steps in one month.
Sports Clubs Supported by Fans
In total, fans donated 873,091,563.00 steps to sports clubs such as Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş, Galatasaray, Atletico Madrid and Darüşşafaka. This support demonstrates the unifying power of sports and the commitment of fans to the community.
Total Aid Amount: 697 billion Steps
In total, 697 billion steps were taken as a result of the campaigns spearheaded by Help Steps. This impressive figure reflects the power of society’s spirit of solidarity and cooperation and proves that positive change is possible.
